We use 'UPS' who we have found to be the most reliable and cost effective of all of the delivery service providers available. UPS is a next day service before 5.30pm. However in the terms and conditions provided by UPS they devolve themselves of any responsibility for the parcel taking longer to arrive due to unforeseen circumstances such as human error or mechanical breakdown.
Deliveries
We can despatch your items to business or residential addresses. Delivery is free on all orders over £125.00. Please provide a manned delivery address as our service with UPS is a 'signed for' service - bear this in mind when providing an address for delivery. Please note that NCR Pads and Books are subject to a surcharge delivery fee due to their final shipping weight. Items classed as 'EX WORKS' that will not be included in the UPS delivery charge are items such as large orders of calendars, booklets etc. You will be advised of any extra surcharges of delivery when your order is placed.
Northern & Southern Island
All orders shipped to Northern & Southern Island are as standard £36.00. For orders over £125.00 the delivery charge is £18.00 - The Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly as well as Jersey and Guernsey are also classed as 'offshore'.
Remote Deliveries
Delivery charges to remote areas such as the Highlands, Wales and Northumbria are as standard at £12.00. For orders over £125.00 delivery is charged at £8.00 - Please note that the home delivery surcharge still applies for deliveries to residential addresses in remote areas.
Delivery ConditionsIf a parcel is late or is misdirected there is an infrastructure to enable us to track the parcel, but none of this will work if a member of UPS staff has made a mistake or not filled in the relevant paper work correctly
We will endeavor to help and assist you in every way possible in the case of missing or late delivery but some circumstances are simply out of our control.
