Your order is tracked through it's entire process as well as when we ship to you, you will get delivery tracking notifications once your order has shipped!
Delivery & Tracking
We use FEDEX, DPD & UPS who we have found to be the most reliable and cost-effective of all of the delivery service providers available. We use FedEx for the majority of our deliveries, with DPD serving the areas classed as remote or over water. We use UPS for international delivery. (Please note that although we send all parcels using a Next/2 Day day delivery service, we are subject to the courier companies saturation when delivering your parcels - in some cases you may experience a delay - International deliveries are usually 3-5 working days.)
Business & Residential Deliveries
We can despatch your items to business or residential addresses. Our standard turnaround is set by the website and will be shown after your proof approval date. Please specify a manned delivery address as our delivery service is a 'signed for' service - bear this in mind when providing an address for delivery. If you are having something delivered and you are not in, you will be provided options for you to have your parcels delivered to a neighbor or for delivery in a 'Safe Location' - these options become available to you when you receive your delivery notification.
Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Europe
All orders shipped to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, remote parts of Scotland (this is classified by DPD as above Edinburgh) and have FREE Delivery* (*Export surcharge MAY apply - any surcharges will be applied in the checkout if applicable), however, your order will be subject to an extended lead time due to transport time. (see Remote Deliveries)
If you are looking for delivery to a country other than classed as the UK, we do not currently offer free delivery and your order will be subject to a delivery surcharge - this surcharge is added to your order when you configure your country to ship to. The surcharge is based on the country you are delivering to. We declare the value of the items we ship abroad and you may be subject to import charges depending on your countries import duties/TAX rules. Please check with your local tax office to clarify any import duties that may be applicable to your delivery.

Delivery charges to remote areas are put on an extended delivery turn-around schedule and are NOT a next day service, please allow 2-3 days for any remote deliveries to be delivered. This will be in addition to your expected turnaround date given when you place your order.
If a parcel is late or is misdirected there is an infrastructure to track the parcel with your delivery notification. In the unlikely event a member of our courier staff has made a mistake or not filled in the relevant paper work correctly then contact us and we can then look into this for you. Please note we are not responsible for delivery timeframes, these are dictated by the company providing the service. If the netowkr we send your parcels with has potential delays, you may see ths affects your delivery timeframe.
We will endeavor to help and assist you in every way possible in the case of missing or late delivery but some circumstances are simply out of our control.
